Donato De Martiis is the co-founder of Ashenelli, a global boxing management and promotion company focused on identifying and developing world-class talent. With a background in international boxing operations and athlete management Donato works closely with fighters to shape their careers from the ground up. His partnership with Eric Ash forms the backbone of Ashenelli’s strategic and global approach to the sport.

Priolo began his athletic journey as a wrestler when he was 8 years old, but quickly became infatuated with boxing. When a local gym turned its focus to the sport, it was too good an opportunity to pass up. Quickly realizing that amateur bouts weren’t enough to satisfy his skillset, he turned pro in 2023. When it comes to what drives Priolo, he describes it as such: “‘Becoming world champion’ is the answer everyone gives, but I get chills just saying it. I don’t see it as a dream; I see it as a goal.”
Alberto “Beto” Palmetta boasts numerous accolades across his amateur and professional career, including representing Argentina in the 2016 Olympic Games. Palmetta does well to represent his home country with a southpaw stance that is met with a distinct, calculated fighting style and has recently taken a focus on fights in North America.

“The Albanian Sniper” Ermal Hadribeaj has been immersed in sports for as long as he can remember. From soccer to parkour to jumping—and most notably, an accomplished career in MMA— Hadribeaj brings a broad and dynamic skillset to the ring. His transition into boxing revealed a natural talent that quickly caught the attention of Ashenelli’s own Donato De Martiis, who recognized his potential early on. Today, Hadribeaj holds the WBC Super Welterweight title and is on his way to a World Title.
